Booking your first appointment with us
Welcome to The Oasis Rooms.  If you are booking your first appointment with us, then you will be asked for two things: to pay a 50% deposit and to leave us a relevant contact number.

The 50% deposit will be held by us if you miss an appointment. You will be asked to arrive at the Salon 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary health forms. We would strongly recommend that you allow plenty of time to park if you are coming from outside Fowey.

Please let us know if you are running late for your appointment.  We want you to enjoy the full Salon experience and don’t want to rush you, yet we don’t want others to have to wait for their treatments either. If you are late you may receive a shortened treatment at full price. Please plan your visit and arrive early.

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your courtesy in  letting us know ahead of time so we can offer the space to someone else

  • 24 hr notice - Monday to Friday appointments
  • 48 hr notice - Saturday appointment
  • 72 hr (3 days) notice The Oasis Rooms Packages

Our Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced so please make sure you call or email us. Your deposit (or a fee of 50% of the full price) will be retained for missed appointments. This includes same day rescheduling of appointments that you know you will miss due to unforseen circumstances, if we are unable to fill the time slot left by the last minute schedule change we will charge 50% of the total cost of the booked treatment.
